Following the consultation, patients receive a personalized acupuncture treatment and, when appropriate, an herbal formula tailored to their individual needs. Additional moxibustion therapy may be incorporated based on the individual’s needs.

Returning patients receive a 60 minute follow-up appointment, which includes continued evaluation of symptoms, traditional Chinese Medicine tongue and pulse diagnosis, a personalized acupuncture treatment, and when appropriate, an updated herbal formula and moxibustion.

Returning patients receive a 30 minute herbal consultation during which a customized herbal formula is prescribed based on symptom review and traditional diagnostic methods.

These appointments are available in-person or virtually, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible to you.

Cupping therapy involves the application of suctioned cups to specific acupuncture points or areas of tension. This technique encourages circulation, eases muscular tightness, and supports the free flow of Qi. Treatments are always tailored to the individual’s needs.

Gua Sha is a traditional technique that uses gentle, rhythmic scraping over the skin to release tension in the fascia, break up adhesions, and promote circulation. It is commonly applied to the neck, shoulders, and back to reduce stagnation and support healing.

We bring the treatment to you. The same treatment methods used in the clinic - including acupuncture and herbal formulas, in addition to cupping or gua sha - apply during home visits. A treatment table can be provided and set up upon request.

House calls are a gentle option for new mothers, elders, those experiencing limited mobility, or anyone who feels most at ease receiving care in the comfort of their own home.
